It's not easy being green! Yes, we have all heard this cliché, but it's
true. Being green is just not that easy.
At Eco Print and Imaging we strive to do our best every day to for our
environment. However, the reality is you cannot do everything in life
green. Every little bit that is done is what matters and what makes a
difference.
So here's our pledge to you as our customer, Lake Tahoe as our
community, and the planet as our home.
To accomplish this we have established a program that includes but is
not limited to the following:
We will be realistic and operate in a prudent way that is healthy for the
environment, but is at the same time efficient, quality driven and
competitive as well. By doing this, we can remain true to our pledge
while giving you the service you deserve.

- We will do whatever is possible for us to help the
environment both in the production within our facility,
and in our partnership with the community.
To accomplish this we have established a program that includes but is
not limited to the following:
- Recycling paper waste
- Using digital printing processes that require little or no
chemicals compared to conventional printing processes - Offering 100 percent post consumer recycled paper for
our customers at reasonable costs and offering minimal
30 percent post consumer recycled paper for those who
choose to not use the 100 percent post consumer
recycled paper - Offsetting our carbon footprint with donations for
reforestation through Carbonfund.org proportionate to
the size of our business - Donating portions of our revenue to local environmental
organizations - Developing partnerships with local organizations who
care about the environment - Out-sourcing printing that cannot be done within our
facility to other environmentally conscience companies - Urging other businesses within our industry to become
more environmentally friendly
